With over 30 years of management experience and 15 years in the behavioral health field, I am a passionate and dedicated Operations Manager at San Tan Behavioral Health Services. I oversee and facilitate the logistics, fleet and daily operations of multiple programs and facilities. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Management, which enables me to leverage technology and data to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.

My approach is to focus my efforts on our clients and if I can’t work for them directly, I work hard to support those that do. I’m honored to work with brilliant clinicians and managers at STBHS. Our diverse team brings unique approaches and experiences to the table, helping us to grow and develop our programs, often bringing new ideas that blossom into successful and rewarding experiences for our clients.

My daughter, Emily, also works in the field with a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Northern Arizona University and a master’s degree in counseling from Grand Canyon University. My wife, Jennifer and I enjoy traveling and the outdoors with our two “fur babies” Shelby and Bear. I’m also a part time professional musician.

Being on a team that is making a difference in the lives of so many kids is a rewarding experience and I am proud to be a small part of that team.
