Jamie Kennedy is a licensed associate counselor (LAC) with more than 14 years of experience working in behavioral health and 9 years being a licensed counselor.  Jamie started her experience working with at risk youth struggling with intensive behavioral challenges and has experience working with children, teenagers, families and adults with various mental health issues.

Jamie started at San Tan Behavioral Health Services in 2016 as a director and has continued within this role as a co-director of the Counseling program.

In her current role, Jamie provides counseling services to children and adults while additionally providing oversight to the counseling program.  Jamie is closely involved in supporting client care and ensuring collaboration with referring teams for clinical support.   Jamie really enjoys the close relationships built within the counseling program and supporting peer clinicians in their clinical growth and development.

She earned her master’s degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University and bachelor of arts, in psychology, from Arizona State (GO DEVILS!).

Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids sporting events, being outdoors, walking her dogs and reading.
