Amy Napoleon, LPC, NCC
Director of Clinical Services
Amy Napoleon is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with more than twenty-five years of behavioral health experience working with children, teenagers, and families who are survivors of domestic violence, struggling with various mental health issues, and healing other trauma.
Amy started at San Tan Behavioral Health at the company’s inception, in 2008, as a community-based counselor serving clients and families on the Gila River Indian Community. She quickly progressed to become outpatient director and is now Director of Clinical Services.
In her current role, Amy provides clinical and administrative oversight to managers and staff and is closely involved to ensure the agency operates within state, ethical, and legal guidelines. Amy fosters a collaborative spirit and approach with employees and enjoys being a part of each individual’s ongoing growth, contributions, and career progression.
She earned her master’s degree in counseling from University of Phoenix and bachelor of arts, in family studies, from University of Arizona.
Amy enjoys spending time with her family watching movies, hiking, and traveling. She is a big supporter of her alma mater Wildcats.
