Todd Nelson has a strong and unique background in law enforcement and administrative leadership. An owner at San Tan, he helped in the initial planning stages of the company, then joined the administrative team after his retirement. Before transitioning into behavioral health, Todd served a distinguished 20-year career in law enforcement as a detective specializing in domestic violence a child abuse. His commitment to supporting victims and addressing mental health crises led him to play a key role in integrating a therapist into the police department, bridging the gap between law enforcement and mental health services. Now, with a certificate in Human Resources Management, Todd supports the administrative team. Todd is a graduate of Grand Canyon University.
